UPSTAIRS

Bedroom 1: Spacious master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, an ornamental fireplace, wardrobe, tallboy, loveseat, a TV/DVD and rural views.
Bedroom 2: Pretty room with iron twin beds, a chest of drawers and lamp, a wardrobe and chair, looking out across the hamlet.
Bedroom 3: Perfect for 2 children with full-size bunk beds and a chest of drawers, lamp and a wardrobe. Rural views.
Bathroom: Fitted bathroom with a bath with overhead shower (with drencher head), hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
OUTSIDE
There is off-street private parking for at least 3 cars on a shingle drive at the rear of the garden. There's a safe enclosed grassy garden with a large shingle area, garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers.
The coast at Wells is only a short drive away, and the Georgian village of Burnham Market approximately 7 miles away.
